1. Returns
1.1. Eligibility: You may be eligible for a return if you misplaced an order or received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
1.2. Timeframe: Please initiate your return request within 14 days of placing your order.

2. Refunds
2.1. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2.2. Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment usually within a few days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Pig packages you have already attended
- Gift cards or any in-store items
4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.
4.2. Original Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
